Erica Scott earned Week 16 Athlete of the Week honors when she had 7 service aces, 2 blocks and 12 kills on 30 attempts to lead her Assiniboine Community Cougars scoring versus the Red River Rebels women’s volleyball team.

“Erica is a spark for the Cougars. She is energetic and humorous but gets gritty and competitive on the court.
Scott and the Cougars finished the 2015/16 season with a 12-8 record, good for 3rd in the conference. They'll face the #2-ranked Providence University College Pilots at the 2016 MCAC Volleyball Final Four Championships on February 27th hosted by Providence. The Cougars finished 1-3 against PUC this season, and they will face off in the women's second semi-final starting at 4:00 pm.
